Recycled Cotton Denim Five Pocket Tapered Pants
Material: 100% COTTON
Model height 182cm / Wearing size 2_INT
A 12.5oz denim series made from recycled cotton, reusing post-industrial waste generated during the manufacturing process.
Based on Graphpaper’s standard Selvage Denim Five Pocket Tapered Pants, this version is reconstructed using denim woven entirely from 100% recycled cotton yarns in both warp and weft, while retaining the material background and heritage of Cone Denim.
Offcuts and surplus material are reconsidered here not as waste, but as part of the process and background of the fabric itself, giving discarded material renewed purpose.
*Due to the use of recycled cotton yarns, small traces of residual fibers may be visible. These subtle irregularities are a characteristic of the material.

TRACEABILITY
Spinning :Cone Denim Mill
Within their mills, spinning waste and cutting scraps are collected and reprocessed back into usable fiber, creating an internal circular system. The yarn used here is made from 100% recycled cotton.
In most cases, recycled fibers are blended with virgin cotton to maintain strength and consistency. Producing yarn entirely from recycled material requires careful control, adjusting fiber condition and maintaining uniform quality throughout the process.
Cone Denim has developed the technical capability and supply system to meet these demands, enabling recycled fibers to be used in fabrics such as denim and twill without compromise.

Weaving :Cone Denim Mill
This twill is made within that framework. Reclaimed cotton is reprocessed into yarn, then woven into a fabric suitable for garments. Traceability is maintained not only at the level of raw materials, but through the weaving stage as well—defining a key aspect of this material.
Fabric :Cone Denim Mill
Beyond simply using recycled fibers, the origin of the raw material can be tracked—an integral part of the fabric’s background.
For over 25 years, Cone Denim has incorporated post-industrial recycled cotton into its production. Today, it has established a supply system for certified recycled materials, maintaining the strength and consistency required for everyday wear while working with reclaimed fibers.

Sewing :OZAKIANDSONS Co.,Ltd.
Since then, the factory has continued to study and refine denim, focusing on fit and wearability. That accumulated knowledge is reflected here in the precision of the construction, applied to both the jacket and the trousers.
Parts|Aluminum Buttons
It is also lighter than materials such as steel, contributing to reduced CO₂ emissions during transport. Though small in scale, these components reflect a considered approach to material selection.

HOW TO WASH
Care Instructions
・Hand wash up to 30°C
・Do not use chlorine or oxygen-based bleach
・Do not tumble dry
・Lay flat and dry in the shade
・Iron at a maximum temperature of 160°C
・Do not dry clean
・Do not wet clean
Notes:
Please note that shrinkage may occur after washing due to the nature of the material.
Use a pressing cloth when ironing.
Take care to avoid color transfer to other garments during wear.
Slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur from piece to piece.
Wash separately as color fading or transfer may occur.
Color transfer may occur through friction when the garment is wet.
Do not iron attached parts.
Leather parts may lose color or become stiff when washed or exposed to water.
Natural leather may change color with wear; this is a characteristic of genuine leather.
